My sisters-in-law were here for a visit this weekend. Lots of time to talk! One thing we talked about was a change I want to make in the shop. I've decided I want to have Fall and Christmas things in the shop year round, not just seasonally. I struggle so with ideas for spring and summer, but am full of ideas for Fall and Winter/Christmas. Sometimes we just have to go with who were are and what we like. One of my sisters-in-law recognized that for me, the shop is more than what's in it. She said the shop "is the physical manifestation of what is more important: my spirit." Yes, I thought, that is exactly how I feel about it.
